Our Accelerator Programmes kick off every September and run for six months. You’ll join us full-time on a paid contract with a competitive salary and great benefits, based in one of our business areas.

We’re keen for you to start meeting clients as soon as possible. Once the programme wraps up, you’ll step into the role of Associate Business Consultant, working alongside colleagues on projects. Although the programme has a set timeframe, we’ll create a long-term plan for your personal and professional growth.
What sets us apart from other consultancy firms is that we only work on projects – you won’t be rented out to clients for year-long assignments. You’ll spend your time split between the office, client sites, and, if it suits you, your home office. During the programme, you’ll experience a steep learning curve, working in project teams, building your network, and getting to know companies across various industries.
