Today, Columbus has completed the divestment of the SMB Business Unit in the US to the Microsoft SMB Cloud company Enavate, located in Colorado US.

From 1 January 2022, Lena Ridström will head Columbus’ Swedish market unit and continue the development and growth of Columbus in Sweden which is among the market leaders in digital transformation with a turnover of DKK 595m in 2020 engaging more than 600 employees. Lena Ridström takes over after Markus Jakobson who will take on a role as strategic advisor for Columbus.

Mattias Goldkuhl will lead the continuous growth of the Columbus Care M3 & Digital Commerce business with focus on strengthening its market position, improve customer satisfaction and development of the organization.

Columbus delivered a satisfactory result for the second quarter with progress across the business which has led to an increased focus on recruiting new talent to keep up with demand. Søren Krogh Knudsen will take up the position as President & CEO of Columbus. Søren joins from a position as Partner and Regional Head of PA Consulting Group in the Nordics as well as Global Head of Sales for PA Consulting Group. He is an experienced international leader within the management consultancy industry and has a very strong track record.
